**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare payroll for payroll company
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
- Rent out storage spaces and collect payments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounting Administrator or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks on-line.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $49,920.00-$59,280.00 per year
