**Position Summary**:
As a Network Manager, you will oversee the delivery of all network services, including scheduling, monitoring, compliance, and performance reporting. You will lead and mentor your team, ensuring operational stability and alignment with business objectives in a 24/7 environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects, vendor relationships, and incident resolution effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor network team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee scheduling, delivery, monitoring, and compliance of all network services.
- Implement and manage problem management and incident reporting processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and communicate status to management.
- Prepare reports on performance, capacity, compliance, and incident management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on technology planning and execution.
- Ensure adherence to production standards and measurable guidelines.
- Manage vendor and third-party contractual agreements, ensuring fulfillment.
- Participate in business continuity planning, including network testing and recovery.
- Stay current on industry trends and implement best practices where appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in network management or infrastructure services.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of problem management, incident resolution, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects within budget and timelines.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and third-party service agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and executive updates.
- Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and network recovery.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.53 per year
