Scheduling Coordinator

As the **Scheduling Coordinator**, you will be working full-time on a rotating schedule, primarily based out of our office in **Etobicoke, Ontario** and reporting to our Head Office and Local Management teams.
To succeed in this role, the individual must have a background and/or education in office administration. We’re all young professionals, and are looking for an energetic, motivated, forward thinking, and driven individual to join our team.
The schedule for this position is perfect for someone doesn't mind longer days and wants a staggered work week Bi-weekly, you will be working 84 hours and can enjoy 3 or 4 day weekend. The current schedule is as follows:
- **Week 1**:Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- **Week 2**:Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor late arrival notifications and reach out to guards who are late for shifts.
- Communicate late arrivals to our clients and local management team.
- Adjust schedules to reflect any late arrivals or other scheduling changes.
- Help the local management team create weekly schedules.
- Help managers troubleshoot scheduling and sign-in/sign-out issues.
- Assist managers in making last-minute scheduling changes.
- Check the schedule on a regular basis to catch any vacant shifts.
- Make scheduling changes based on client requests and service orders as the messages are received.
- Participate in and perform ad-hoc tasks to support the National Management team and local management team in achieving organizational and operational goals.
- Effectively and professionally communicate with clients and staff when necessary.
- Support the office team with systems administration as required.
- Assist with general office administration as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support as needed to the administrative and leadership teams.
**Requirements**:
- Some post-secondary education in administration or related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of administrative or related experience.
- Preferably 1-2 years of scheduling experience.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the security industry.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
- TrackTik app experience is an asset.
- Able to work in our Etobicoke, ON office.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general technology/software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
