**CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER**

Camdon Construction Ltd. is looking for a Construction Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the overseeing the construction of building projects; from the start-up to the close-out. As a Project Manager you will:

- Ensure Client satisfaction - build lasting relationships
- Manage the construction project to ensure the budget; schedule and scope of work are met.
- Work closely and professionally with the Client, Site Superintendent, sub-trades and suppliers
- Attend regular scheduled project meetings
- Willing to travel periodically for out-of-town work
- Complete daily project management tasks within the job description
- Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
- Conclude projects to deliver a complete structure to a completely satisfied client

Your ability to balance multiple larger and smaller projects at the same time and strong organization skills will ensure your success in this position. Other important qualities include: high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, excellent communication skills, and _superior relationship management skills_.
