Senior Project Manager – Alberta Team Join our Alberta team as a Senior Project Manager. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, maintaining strong, lasting relationships. Your in‑depth construction knowledge and experience leading complex civil infrastructure projects will be pivotal in shaping our capital healthcare and education initiatives across Alberta. Responsibilities Demonstrate company values and cultural behaviors. Consult directly with clients and stakeholders on long‑term care and healthcare projects of various sizes. Represent clients’ best interests in all project outcomes. Manage client relationships and respond to changing requirements. Lead the development of project plans, including objectives, schedules, budgets, procurement, risk, and stakeholder communication. Execute major procurement activities and negotiate contracts with architects, contractors, and consultants. Mentor multiple project delivery teams in procurement, risk, cost, schedule, scope, and stakeholder management. Oversee team performance and escalations as needed. Provide financial frameworks, forecasts, cost tracking, and regular reporting. Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of capital project management experience, including 5 years leading large‑scale initiatives. Experience in vertical/horizontal infrastructure, post‑secondary, healthcare, or water/wastewater projects is a strong asset. University degree or college diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, building codes, contracts, and relevant legislation. Professional credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or registered architect are a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and influence skills with a track record of resolving client and project challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
