Morrison Windows Ltd as leader in window manufacturing industry in BC and to value our customer’s homes and satisfaction is recruiting for full time Service Technician to join our team.

The Service Technicians are responsible for visiting customer’s homes and representing the company to the public while ensuring the technical window and door concerns are addressed on site, preferably on the first visit to the customers home.
- **You must have a class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions**_.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service appointments for customers
- Fill customers' needs, and fill service order sheets daily.
- Clear English communication is a must.
- Knowledge of Service Technicians in Windows and doors is an asset.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries or concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
