We are an innovative company specializing in 3D design, seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/French) sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, presenting our 3D design services, and acquiring new clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold-calling to generate leads and build a client base.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all terms are met.
- Collaborate closely with the 3D designer to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Attend industry meetings and events to promote our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Interest in real estate and an understanding of the market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or creative field.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

**Description du poste**: Nous sommes une entreprise innovante spécialisée dans la conception 3D, à la recherche d'un représentant des ventes dynamique et bilingue (anglais/français) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations clients, de la présentation de nos services de conception 3D et de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.

**Responsabilités**:

- Faire du cold-call pour générer des leads et constituer une base de clients.
- Entretenir la relation client pour garantir une satisfaction continue et des affaires récurrentes.
- Gérer les contrats et accords avec les clients, en veillant à ce que toutes les conditions soient respectées.
- Collaborer étroitement avec la conceptrice 3D pour comprendre les besoins des clients et fournir des solutions sur mesure.
- Assister aux réunions et événements de l'industrie pour promouvoir nos services.
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux questions et en résolvant les problèmes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.

**Qualifications**:

- La maîtrise du bilinguisme en anglais et en français (écrit et parlé) est essentielle.
- Intérêt pour l'immobilier et compréhension du marché.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Expérience préalable en vente ou en service client.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en négociation.
- Attitude proactive et orientée vers les résultats.
