**Job Overview**

Village RV is looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Seasonal Service Writer to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing in their RVs for service, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, assess their RV service needs, and provide exceptional service.
- **Telephone Management**: Answer a high volume of incoming calls to book service appointments and provide information as needed**.**
- **RV Check-In**: Go outside with customers, inspect their RVs, and document service details in the computer system.
- **Follow-Up**: Track service progress, ensure timely completion, and communicate updates to customers.
- **Payment & Pickup**: Notify customers when their RV is ready, book pick up appointments, and process payments either in person or on the phone
- **Telephone Management**: Answer a high volume of incoming calls to book service appointments and provide information as needed.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Experience in a service writer or related role is a plus but not required.
- Basic RV knowledge is helpful but not necessary.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full Time Seasonal position. Flexibility to work Saturdays.
