Our firm is seeking a Service Writer to join our team of door industry professionals.

About The Role
- You will be responsible for answering phones.
- Writing up work orders for our technicians.
- Scheduling day to day service calls.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with all work completed.
- Responsible for welcoming customers & gathering the required information to identify the issue's & maintenance work required.
- Complete all documentation required for customers which includes but not limited to work orders, purchase orders, providing copy of insurance, correct pricing for all work orders.
- Verifying customer information, preferred method of contact, accurate detailed estimates, updating customer on status of repair.
- Ordering parts & updating customers on status of orders.

About you
- Must have exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret customers descriptions & translate into clear instructions for the technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- The ability to problem solve.
- Must be able to effectively deal with customer concerns or complaints.

**Salary**: $37,582.02-$64,445.91 per year
