We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the accounts payable department. Reporting directly to the Controller, this leadership role will be responsible for managing a team of three accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all account payable functions.

This is an on-site position, requiring daily attendance at our Brampton headquarters from Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable functions, including the reconciliation of the AP subledger for all our locations.
- Review and approve vendor invoices across six locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and standardized accounting policies across all manufacturing plants.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and dispute resolution.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to the accounts payable personnel across multiple locations, fostering financial literacy and ERP proficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry, with strong expertise in purchase orders, receipts, and invoice processing.
- Proficiency in Acumatica ERP SaaS software (Acumatica is an asset), with a deep understanding of accounts payable and purchase order modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to optimizing financial processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing team.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
