**Your Opportunity**

**A Day in the Life**
- Implementation of Continuous Improvement methodologies with regard to existing and emerging business processes
- Identify opportunities for automation within the environment
- Create and maintain documentation around functional areas
- Liaise with 3rd party Managed Services partner around small demand development and upgrades
- Manage access control and permissions via Azure
- Assist internal and external clients with issues, queries and requests around ServiceNow
- Assist in deploying update sets from the Test environment when needed
- Lead internal UAT sessions and QA for development items
- Build and enhance reports and dashboards
- Ensure CMDB is fully populated and maintain all service mapping - drive automation through tooling

- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow

- Self-motivated with initiative to understand the needs of others and have experience in ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows

- Able to work comfortably with both business and technical professionals
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team-based organization - promotes high performance work environment characterized by positive relationships, strong team orientation, and professional skill enhancement while delivering required business results
- Able to prioritize various deadlines, work on multiple tasks throughout the work week, and coordinate with other team members to serve customers effectively

- Self-driven, with strong sense of ownership, and creativity
- Professional, self-motivated and proven ability to work independently
**Preferred Certifications**:

- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
- ITIL Foundation
