We’re seeking a talented Property Coordinator / Manager to join our growing team. If you are someone who enjoys a combination of being out in the field as well as in the office, we would like to hear from you The Property Coordinator role provides administrative, contract, and project support as it pertains to the management of various government, land and infrastructure holdings.

**What does your day look like at Edon?**
- Frequently split your time between completing outdoor field inspections, recording your findings and coordinating maintenance/projects at these sites.
- Obtain pricing and monitor expenditures to meet budget expectations.
- Identify deficiencies with land, access points, fences, etc.
- Services to sites via subcontractors and or internal Edon resources.
- Complete internal/external reports.
- Create, implement, and monitor the execution of the risk management plan.
- Assist with the development/implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Ensure satisfaction of Quality Assurance standards or monthly KPI’s.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Designations including RECA License, RPA, FMA, CSL/CML, CEBPS certificate or Land Surveyor considered an asset
- Previous experience with land or commercial property management
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, and agriculture leases
- Basic knowledge of small facilities building systems (electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, life safety, HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, caretaking, etc.)
- Knowledge of small project management processes
- Working knowledge of computer mapping systems (Google Earth, Land Titles, SPIN, legal land surveys, Alberta Township Survey systems (ATS), etc.)
- Self-motivated individual with excellent time management/organizational skills
- Must have a vehicle, such as a SUV or truck, which can handle rough terrain
