**Fitness Sales Specialist - 25 Hours/Week**

**This isn’t retail. It’s not front desk. It’s not just another sales job.**

This is a structured, part-time role in a high-energy gym environment—built for people who want **clear goals**, **professional respect**, and **time left over to live their life**.

We’re not hiring for “warm bodies” or clock-punchers. We’re hiring **sharp, accountable team members** who know how to show up, follow a system, and connect with people face-to-face.

**About the Role**
- **25 hours per week** (5 shifts, approx. 5 hrs each)
- **Set schedule**: Weekday evenings & weekend mornings
- **$1,850 base + $1,100-$1500 commission**:

- **$3,000+/month** target income
- Location: Richmond Hill

**What You’ll Actually Do**
- Run 15-18 guided tours/week with potential new members
- Book and present our EDGE Orientation + FAST Trial programs
- Follow up using our CRM (we tell you who to call, when, and what to say)
- Book 3+ Buddy Workouts/shift from current member base
- Close 40% of leads using our system—no discount games, no pressure tactics

Pay: $22,500.00-$41,000.00 per year
