**Responsibilities Include**:

- Inspect vehicles for damage and evaluate repair costs
- Collaboration with production and parts efficiency manager to ensure production and profitability targets are met
- Create accurate estimates that detail repair and labor costs
- Keep record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork
- Closing of RO files and tracking job performance in collaboration with Production and Parts Manager to optimize profitability
- Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
- Effectively manage multiple repairs
- Complete final paperwork
- Always provide exceptional customer service and create ongoing relationships with customers
- Experience with Mitchell and Audatex

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in and competence with estimating systems (MCE Mitchell Cloud Estimating & Audatex) and Management software (Mitchell Repair Center)
- Possess a valid drivers' license
- Proven leadership and track record of success
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
