Manager, Data Analysis, Decision Management

**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create & support reports and insights material for tracking the CEBA program
- Be a thought partner within the Decision Management team, managing production, supporting data analysis and communicating meaningful insights that are valued by partners across Cards and Payments
- Transform the way Cards and Payments uses data by developing advanced reporting and analytics to serve external and internal clients
- Identify appropriate data source, develop reporting solutions, and automate the process to support regular reporting that help business partner make informed decisions timely
- Create and maintain accurate documentation related to reporting solutions, including specifications, data lineage, technical and business definitions for metrics
- Test and validate (QA) new and existing reports and analytics for adherence to business and technical requirements
- Perform ad hoc data analysis/reporting to support any the business partners with their business case or project tracking

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**:

- Experienced working with data in relational databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategy
- Demonstrated ability to work well collaboratively in a cross-function environment as well as independently, taking initiative and ownership
- Experience with database systems and data management

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of RBC databases and RBC data warehouse environment
- Knowledge of credit cards and payments
- Certification in SAS, Tableau and/or relational databases
- Experience in Unix/Linux Shell scripting, Hadoop
