Hotel Experience Is Required for Applicants, with Weekend and Weekday Availability as a requirement.
One or more year's of experience of hotel guest services or front desk is required for all applicants for this job. Experience with Opera PMS is an asset but not a requirement.
Attention to detail when handling transactions and the handling of hotel and guest information is key; following PCI compliance.
Staff members will be provided and required to complete Brand Training to ensure exceptional service is provided to all of our guests.
A Hotel Front Desk Agent needs to bring forth a positive attitude to ensure guest's satisfaction, and memorable experiences throughout the duration of their stay at the hotel. They will need to be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment, and handling difficult issues as they arise.
