Join one of Simcoe County's largest Real Estate Brokerages. Century 21 B.J. Roth Realty is looking for a part time front desk receptionist/administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Providing a range of support to the Real Estate Agents in the office.
- Assisting where necessary with paperwork.
- Updating Listings.
- Distributing mail, faxes and overnight packages to the appropriate parties.
- Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked.

**Experience**:
- Administrative 1 year experience
- High School Diploma
- Organized
- Friendly, loyal and FUN
This job is hiring for evening (4pm-8pm) and weekend (Sat 9-5, Sun 10-4) help. Please make sure this schedule will work with you before applying.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Orillia, ON L3V 5E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)
