**Loan Settlement Analyst**

Flexiti is looking for a Loan Settlement Analyst to join its Accounting team. Supporting the Settlement Manager, the Loan Settlement Analyst will be a critical member of the team, handling daily customer settlement, configuring new ERP transaction coding, compiling daily disbursement reconciliation reporting and assisting with month-end close and annual audit.

**What you will be doing**:

- Process daily customer loan settlement ACH both Morning and Afternoon batch.
- Generate customer deposit and cash deposit reconciliation reports.
- Reconcile loan disbursement transactions between bank and ERP system.
- Working with operation team to build daily workflow for customer loan payment tracking.
- Upload recovery payments into ERP system and prepare recovery reconciliation report.
- File and organize all customer loan related supporting document.
- Answers inquiries from customer, merchants, and other members from the organization.
- Assist with management of month-end, quarterly review, and year-end audit.

**What you should have**:

- 2 -5 years experiences in similar position.
- Credit card services or banking industry experience considered an asset.
- Detailed oriented and able to handle large volume of work.
- Strong experience with ERP system and accounting related software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel experience required.
- Able to work well in a team.
