**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to Superintendent, Operations Team and Project Management Team

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 2 years of proven experience as construction foreman
- Have at least 3 years of in-depth concrete construction knowledge of procedures, equipment. Concrete restoration experience, an asset.
- Experience managing demanding deadline expectations while upholding quality work.
- Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients & team members in an efficient, professional manner.
- Ability to organize and effectively execute projects to completion.
- Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Good physical condition and stamina.
