We are currently looking for a motivated **Foreman** to join our team full-time

You are reliable, quality focused, and have an extremely high level of attention to detail. You’re known as someone that gets the job done accurately and in a timely manner. You excel at quality work and hold yourself accountable with a high degree of integrity. You have the ability to shift priorities and adapt to the varying workload and pace of the cycles of construction.

As Foreman, you are a key member of our team. You have a strong background in the construction industry and have an impressive list of builds in your portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:
Input and assist with trade selection

Hands on work with various projects on site

Organize and manage all aspects of site activity necessary to construct the designated project as per design and specifications

Administer on-site human resources such as safety communications and tracking of hours worked

Accounting functions such as invoices, expenses, and tracking of supplies

Review design documents and specifications to advise on project sequencing and constructability

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years building wood frame and concrete multi-family projects

Ticketed machine Bobcat operator

Experienced with man lift

Accounting and administrative functions in the construction industry

Reading and strong comprehension of blueprints

Construction documentation and phases of projects

Extremely high attention to detail with quality standards

Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful and solutions-minded

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, building relationships with trades

**Education & Certifications**:
Construction Diploma or Certificate is preferred

Intermediate MS Office skills

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman

Completion of building multi-family projects in both wood frame and concrete

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
