**Clarus Electric Corp.** is currently seeking motivated, experienced **Electrical Foreman** to join our team on a **permanent, full-time basis**. Based in the **Lower Mainland of B.C.**, we specialize in **residential and commercial electrical projects**, including new construction, repairs, upgrades, and custom installations.

**What You'll Do**
- Interpret and work from electrical blueprints and plans
- Collaborate closely with General Contractors, Developers, Site Foremen, and other trades
- Lead and delegate tasks to apprentices and team members
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards
- Keep job sites organized and safe
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Foreman

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Red Seal Journeyman Ticket** (or equivalent)
- **Minimum 3 years of industry experience**:

- Strong understanding of **PPE and job site safety practices**:

- Proficiency with **basic hand tools** (including a cordless drill)
- **Reliable transportation** to and from job sites
- Experience in **concrete high-rise construction** is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
