**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions about their vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the work being performed.
- Prepare accurate estimates for services and repairs, including parts and labor costs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, enabling effective communication with both customers and technicians.
- Experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is highly desirable.
- Proven sales skills, particularly in upselling services or products within a dealership environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
