**Business Development Representative - Fueling Growth at Gravity**

**About Gravity**:

To fuel our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious **Business Development Representative**(BDR) to generate pipeline and drive top-of-funnel sales activity.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Business Development Representative**, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation for Gravity’s sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for the sales team.

**What**You’ll** Do**:

- Research and identify government agencies that could benefit from Gravity’s solutions.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospecting activity in CRM.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Hit and exceed KPIs for lead generation and prospect engagement.

**What**We’re** Looking For**:

- 1+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
