Integrated Staffing Assistant

Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) is actively seeking applicants for an Integrated Staffing Assistant in the Human Resources Department.
The primary location for this position is**:Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.**
**Position Summary**:
The Staffing Assistant is responsible for performing staff scheduling and payroll preparation for assigned services (Nursing, Support Services, etc.).
**Qualifications Required**:
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or equivalent program preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including strong skills in Excel is required. Prior experience utilizing various database and scheduling programs is preferable.
- One year of experience in hospital staffing and scheduling experience is required.
- Prior working knowledge of union contracts and direct experience working in multi-union environment is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to relate to others. Must be able to establish positive interpersonal relationships with team.
- Must possess strong listening skills along with the ability to express yourself clearly to others.
- Ability to demonstrate tact, discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Other pertinent conditions**:
- Salary per the Non-Union Salary Schedule ($26.84 per hour to $31.36 per hour)
