Carling Motors is currently looking for a **Service Advisor**to join our team This is your opportunity to work in a premium dealership that offers a friendly and professional customer-oriented environment. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs and providing expert advice.

- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department.
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their service needs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate diagnosis and repair recommendations.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively to customers, including estimated costs and repair timelines.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any additional concerns or questions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to work well within a collaborative environment
- Exceptional customer service track record
- Organized and process-oriented
- Proficient computer skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
