Guest Experience Coordinator

**Job Overview**
As a Guest Experience Coordinator at BRIO SalonSpa, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for an elevated, welcoming experience. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about creating exceptional moments from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our salon and spa professionals to ensure every guest feels seen, cared for, and excited to return.
**Duties**
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and confirmations with accuracy
- Support smooth day-to-day flow by coordinating schedules for our salon and spa teams
- Handle check-outs, product recommendations, and retail transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and retail area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new booking and point-of-sale systems
- Friendly, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure

- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or guest service role is an asset
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, or spa industry is a bonus

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
