**Summary**

We are seeking a Guest Services Manager for our hotel in Lethbridge. This key role involves overseeing guest relations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding hospitality services to our guests. **Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold service standards.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor hotel operations to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing reservations and special requests from guests.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of GSM experience required
- Attention will be given to Hospitality Education graduates

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
