**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including framing, drywall, trim, wallpaper, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Complete repairs on hotel rooms, toilets, sinks, laundry facilities, kitchens, and other hotel property.
- Ensure the hotel is maintained in accordance with safety standards, creating a safe and attractive environment for guests and associates.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the hotel’s exterior, grounds, pool, and exercise areas.
- Operate power and hand tools safely and effectively, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks independently, manage multiple work orders simultaneously, and maintain a flexible, positive work approach.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance of the hotel.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel, handyman or construction renovation work.
- Proficiency in multiple trade functions (e.g., framing, drywall, trim, painting) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is an asset.
- Experience with general maintenance tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance Programs.
- Reliable and trustworthy.

**Physical Requirements**
- Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the day.
- Frequent lifting and transporting of items weighing upwards of 50 lbs.
- Consistent use of ladders, stairs, and machinery.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
