Office Manager/executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including location, technology, and materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation and detailed itineraries.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Maintain an organized filling system for both electronic and hard-copy documents.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making.
- Manage expense reporting and budgeting tracking for executives.
- Create agendas and gather materials for meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply management, office equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative assistance to other staff members as needed, including scheduling, document preparations and meeting coordination.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings and team-building activities in conjunction with the HR department.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Skills**
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
