As we continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our operations on a casual, remote basis.

This role offers a flexible schedule with light monthly hours, making it well-suited for individuals looking to contribute their skills in a low-commitment, high-impact environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform light updates to the company website (content edits, layout improvements)
- Organize and maintain digital files and folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- Support marketing initiatives by drafting social media content, newsletters, and basic advertising materials
- Generate leads by leveraging various marketing tools which increase organizational branding

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with website platforms and developing marketing material.
- Familiarity with cloud-based file systems and basic marketing tools
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience in construction, renovations, or small business administration is an asset, but not required

**Compensation and Work Environment**
- Hourly compensation
- Casual role with remote flexibility
- Opportunity to take on more hours or responsibilities as the business continues to grow
