Marketing & Communications Assistant

**About the Role**
Are you a natural communicator with a flair for digital storytelling and an interest in the real estate and construction space? This is your opportunity to take ownership of our marketing and communications strategy across all platforms — from social media and newsletters to CRM and website content.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team to support business development, branding, and digital outreach, all while building your portfolio in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain the company website (WordPress or similar) with fresh project content, blogs, and company news
- Collaborate on layout and visual storytelling to reflect our brand
- Lead content creation and scheduling for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Stay on top of trends to boost engagement and brand visibility
- Respond to inquiries and comments professionally and promptly
- Maintain and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Research and engage with industry professionals, architects, property managers, and brokers
- Assist in developing marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations
- Monitor analytics across all platforms and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Help organize company updates, event promotions, and industry participation
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content — ideally in a B2B or real estate/construction environment
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficiency with website CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Professional phone manner and confident interpersonal communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
- Bonus: Familiarity with construction, architecture, or real estate development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
**What We Offer**
- Full-time position with a competitive salary: $46,000-$55,000, depending on experience
