**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning ingredients).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support with dishwashing and cleaning duties when necessary.
- Receive, check, and store kitchen supplies properly.
- Assist in basic cooking or plating tasks under supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle lifting tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
