We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our **Mississauga production team** and help us bake happiness behind the scenes.

**About the Role**

As a **Kitchen Assistant**, you’ll support our back-of-house kitchen operations—including baking, preparing patties, and assisting with general food production. This is a **full-time role (30+ hours/week)**, perfect for someone reliable, hardworking, and excited to grow in a fast-paced bakery environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **baking cakes, pastries, and other desserts**:

- Help **prepare and produce patties** (such as potato and corn cheese)
- Support **daily prep work** like mixing, portioning, and assembling items
- Follow recipes, portioning guides, and allergy safety standards
- Operate ovens, mixers, and kitchen equipment safely and carefully
- Label, package, and stock items for display or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and workspaces
- Assist with closing, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned

- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a kitchen setting
- Able to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
- Previous kitchen, food prep, or bakery experience is a plus—but not required
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed)

Pay: $17.25-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5C 1T7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
