What You’ll Do
As a **Keyholder / Sales Associate**, you’ll be a go-to leader in the store. You’ll:
- Open and close the store with confidence
- Welcome customers and make them feel at home
- Share your product knowledge and demonstrate espresso machines, brewers, and more
- Drive sales while keeping the store looking sharp and inviting
- Support and motivate teammates when management isn’t around
- Ensure smooth operations (cash handling, stock, merchandising)
What We’re Looking For
- **Full availability** (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Positive, energetic personality — you genuinely enjoy people
- Retail or customer service experience (bonus if you’ve been a keyholder)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a natural problem-solver
- Passion for coffee, tea, and all things café culture is a huge plus
