Weekend Sales Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by preparing sales reports and tracking inventory levels.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
