Blackcomb Helicopters is a leading provider of helicopter services, specializing in, emergency medical transport, utility operations, charter services and tourism. We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Flight following and radio communications
- Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide accurate tour/ Heli ski information, pricing, schedules, and safety procedures
- Check in guests prior to flights, verify IDs, and ensure waivers are completed
- Manage and organize our online booking platform and 3rd party partners
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks and coordination as needed
- Assist with boarding procedures and communicate with pilots and ground crew
- Willing to obtain Class 4 driver's licence

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum one year office / administrative experience
- Firm knowledge of a variety of computer programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and shift focus quickly
- Safety driven and committed - you put safety above everything else.
- Legally entitled to work within Canada
