Sea to Sky IT is proud to offer top-notch IT services in the beautiful Sea to Sky Corridor. We are looking for an energetic, customer focused Service Desk Dispatcher to work with our team of committed IT professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the single point of contact to the customer for all service requests.
- Coordination of all support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources.
- Schedule internal and field resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.
- Purchasing equipment, tracking purchases and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least two years of experience working in an IT or customer service environment
- You ideally possess a degree or diploma in business administration, IT or a related field.
- You are solutions oriented and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- You live in the Sea to Sky Corridor as you will be working out of our Whistler office Monday to Friday

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
