triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a **Call Centre Representative** (Admissions Assistant) to join our Admissions team.

**Primary Purpose**:
The Admissions Assistant’s primary responsibility is to establish primary contact with customers, log customer contact information within the contact management system and book appointments for the Admissions (sales) team.

The Admissions Assistant will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer/manage calls from new customers interested in pursuing career training at triOS College.
- Procure information from inbound callers in the Customer Contact & Contact Management systems for ongoing customer contact.
- Work with the Admissions team, confirming availability of the Education Consultant.
- Book customers into interviews/meetings/information sessions with the Admissions team.
- Maintain general knowledge and understanding of all products and services.
- Maintain and support ongoing relations amongst internal customers, colleagues and co-workers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of call centre sales experience preferred.
- Minimum, Grade 12 (or equivalent) required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential.
- Suitable work from home location and access to reliable internet is required.

**Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday. Hours of work will be **11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday to Thursday. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday to Saturday**.

**Location**:
This position is remote.

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start date for this position is **immediate**.
