**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.
- Supervise and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Healthquest and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including expense management and resource allocation.
- Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care services.
- Ensure proper utilization of HealthQuest software for medical practice management.
- Facilitate communication between administrative staff, medical professionals, and patients.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and industry best practices to enhance clinic operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is required.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential; experience with Health Quest is preferred.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations.
- Understanding of budgeting principles and financial management within a healthcare context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
