**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the facility and services offered.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Manage reservations and assist with modifications or cancellations as needed.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Ensure all areas of the office are cleaned on a daily basis; floors, bathrooms, counters
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
