Avenir IT Inc. is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a relationship with all their clients based on trust, ethics and reliable service. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% client satisfaction and retention. They build customer loyalty, provide IT technical solutions, and develop new strategic partnerships for growth.
They are to develop customer retention strategies by consistently illustrating the value in our service, in conjunction with evolving customer needs. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving account requests and issues. Coordinating IT projects, creating a technology blueprint for your clients' success long term. But most importantly, ensuring clients are being looked after, and feel confident and secure with our services.
To be successful in this role you should have an understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and technology trends. Must be self-motivated, confident, with excellent oral communication abilities; a high comfort level with approaching, educating, and sharing knowledge with customers. Professional appearance and friendly approachable demeanor are keys to maintain Avenir IT’s brand and continued success.

**Ideal Job Qualifications**
- 2+ years in sales or customer service.
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems in Small Business environments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and promote ideas and transfer detailed knowledge to others in one-to-one or group situations.
- Thorough knowledge of computer hardware.
- Experience with project management.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within and outside branch service area, with occasional overnight stays.
- Valid Driver’s license with the ability to meet the vehicle policy.
- Advanced English communication skills - written and oral.
- French language skills a definite asset.
