What You Will Do:
- Assists clients day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices
- Configures, installs and maintains complex software systems
- Monitor server backups and manage MS updates
- Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manages projects successfully on time and within budget
- Manage and support video conferencing hardware and software solutions
- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
- They should update the user information in an organizational system
- Other duties as required
Position Details:
- Permanent
- Full-time
- 40-hour work week
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four year college or university degree in Computer Science or related field, or related experience in IT support
- Six or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred certificates:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- MCSA: Windows 10
- MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure
- VMware
