**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**

The sales agent performs some or all of the following duties, without limitation:

- Working with the Estimates team to respond to customer requests for quotes and information;
- Creating orders in the system;
- Managing the revision of drawings and making the necessary changes to orders in production or on hold;
- Date reporting and production tracking for the sales team;
- Other related tasks as required.

**EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Professional diploma in office automation or demonstrable experience in this field;
- Previous experience in a customer facing role;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, TEAMS);
- Ability to work independently and have a sense of responsibility;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English (bilingualism);
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills;
- Attentive to detail;
- Communication and interpersonnal skills.
