Hache Construction, a reputable small construction business specializing in house additions, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and interior finishing, is seeking a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Framing Houses**: Proficient in framing techniques, you will play a crucial role in the construction of house additions and ADU units. This includes understanding blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling framing components.
- **Finish Carpentry**: Bring your attention to detail to the forefront as you handle intricate finish carpentry tasks. Install and customize cabinetry, trim, molding, and other finishing touches to elevate the overall aesthetics of our projects.
- **Interior Finishing**: Work on diverse interior finishing projects, ensuring high-quality results. This may involve installing doors, windows, flooring, and other interior elements that contribute to the functionality and visual appeal of a space.
- **Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with other team members and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- **Safety**: Prioritize safety on the job site, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on framing, finish carpentry, and interior finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
