At Tidy Homes, we provide high-quality cleaning for homes, hotels and commercial spaces. We’re looking for hardworking, detail-oriented staff who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-growing, team-oriented company.

We are currently looking for someone to join our **facilities team**. This role will initially be part-time, weekends only, but could expand based on performance & available work.

**Prior cleaning experience is preferred**, but we welcome motivated individuals who are ready to learn
- **What You’ll Do**_

As a member of the Tidy Homes facilities team, you will clean & maintain:

- Common areas (lobbies, hallways)
- Commercial spaces

**Perform key tasks, including**:
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting & sanitizing
Emptying garbage & recycling bins
Communicate professionally with management, clients, & teammates
Work independently or in a team to complete assignments

**This is a physically active role.**You must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs

Starting Schedule: Mornings, Weekends

- **Contract Work Only**:Tidy Homes is currently accepting _contractor_ positions only. While not a requirement, experience working as a contractor is preferred
- **Availability**: While this role will initially require _weekend availability _only, availability _Mon-Fri_ will help ensure more hours in the future
- **Versatility**: While this role will be as a member of the _facilities team_, the skill & ability to work as a housekeeper in residential & hotel settings may result in more hours
- **Schedule**: Tidy Homes services residential, Airbnb and commercial spaces. While most of our jobs follow a consistent routine, managing Airbnb turnovers requires us to accommodate a dynamic cleaning schedule. _Flexibility around your working schedule_ will result in more hours
- **Travel**: Tidy Homes is based in Stratford, Ontario but services properties up to an hour a way. A willingness to travel may result in more hours
