**Job Overview**
We’re a high-volume Mediterranean inspired and family owned bistro in beautiful Fort Langley. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through finesse service, effective communication, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and provide second to none service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Help maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service and food service is required.
- Knowledge of wine regions and pairings.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
