Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food safety standards. **Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the food service department, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
- Oversee quality control and ensure proper cooking procedures and methods are utilized
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation standards
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
