**Role**

Coordinate all HR related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare internal job postings for open positions
- Place job ads on-line
- Pre-screen CV's
- Conduct phone interview
- Schedule interviews for the Managers
- Prepare New Hire Documents
- Onboard new employees
- Ensure all new employee hire documentation is received
- Coordinate USA insurance renewal process
- Monitor employees coming due for health insurance (USA)
- Enroll/terminate employees for health insurance (USA)
- Assist in the preparation of various social activities
- Maintain 1% Training database
- Review succession planning file and set-up training for employees
- Work on special projects
- Update employee manual
- Investigate employee complaints
- Assist with any required disciplinary action (includes preparing disciplines, coaching managers on best practices, acting as a witness)
- Respond to employee questions
- Prepare letters confirming employment/insurance coverage
- Filing
- Other related tasks
- Speak, write and read fluent French and English.
- Minimum CEGEP completed (certificate in HR)
- Knowledge of Quebec Labor Standards
- Payroll Knowledge (an asset)
- Three years of experience in HR
- Strong attention to detail

**Rôle**

Coordonner les taches reliées aux ressources humaines.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Préparer les offres d'emploi internes pour les postes ouverts
- Placer des annonces d'emploi en ligne
- Triage des CV
- Céduler des entrevues pour les gestionnaires
- Préparer les documents pour les nouvelles embauches
- Intégrer les nouveaux employés
- S'assurer que tous les documents relatifs à l'embauche d'un nouvel employé ont été reçus
- Coordonner le processus de renouvellement d'assurance aux États-Unis
- Faire un suivi sur les employés qui sont dû pour les assurances collectives (États-Unis)
- Affiliation/résiliation des salariés à l'assurance maladie (USA)
- Aider aux préparations d’évènements sociales
- Maintien ficher de formation
- Examiner le dossier de planification de la relève et mettre en place une formation pour les employés
- Travailler sur des projets spéciaux
- Mettre à jour le manuel de l'employé
- Enquêter sur les plaintes des employés
- Aider à prendre les mesures disciplinaires qui s'imposent (y compris préparer les mesures disciplinaires, conseiller les gestionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques, agir en tant que témoin).
- Répondre aux questions des employés
- Préparer des lettres confirmant l'emploi/la couverture d'assurance
- Classification des dossiers
- Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes
- Parler, écrire et lire couramment le français et anglais.
- Études niveaux collégiales (certificat en ressources humaines)
- Connaissance des lois du travail - Québec (un atout)
- Connaissance de la paie (un atout)
- Trois ans d’expérience en RH
- Souci aux détails

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-22.5 per week
