**Brampton Auto Mart**, a division of Weins Auto Group, is currently seeking an enthusiastic **Office Administrator** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally greet visitors entering the dealership and route to the appropriate party, as required.
- Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and personable manner and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
- Route incoming mail to appropriate parties.
- Ensure the swift transportation of incoming vehicles, stock vehicles and verify accurate representation of inventory in Dealership Management System (DMS)
- Manage and request payment for vehicles as they are purchased.
- Maintain Garage Register records in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors to arrange and approve vehicle reconditioning, tracking those costs in the DMS system, and arranging payment, as needed.
- Perform administrative duties associated with KeyTrack system.
- Facilitate the deal processing process by coordinating paperwork, completing all required forms, receipting funds and maintaining record in the DMS system.
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- High proficiency in computer and digital literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders
- Valid Class G Driver's License
