Burnaby, Canada Concorde Property Services Full time

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to fill a permanent part-time position as a concierge in a high-end residential building. Saturday-Tuesday 4pm-midnight.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet and welcome residents/guests/trades
- Answer queries in a polite and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with property manager and onsite trades/contractors as required
- Control access to the building
- Receive and process packages
- Patrol the property periodically
- CCTV monitoring and reporting
- File incident reports
- Handle move-in and move-out
- Program fobs and buzzer
- Provide daily reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of concierge experience
- Intermedia computer literacy skills
- Proficient in English / Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to program fobs and buzzer
- Experience with CCTV monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Have exceptional work ethic
- Self motivated and able to take initiatives
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and work well under direction
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism.
- Criminal record check

**Job Type**
- Part-time position/ 36 hours per week.
- Evening shifts/ Saturday-Tuesday 4pm -midnight
- Permanent

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
